Deja Financial Group is a Latina-owned, woman-owned accounting firm based in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in construction accounting. We serve general contractors, specialty subcontractors, residential and commercial builders, and construction trades businesses with the specialized financial expertise this industry demands.
Our team brings over 40 years of combined construction accounting experience, with backgrounds spanning some of the largest homebuilders in the country, including Toll Brothers and KB Homes. We handle AIA billing, job costing, project accounting, subcontractor management, lien waivers, change orders, financial reporting, and full-cycle bookkeeping for construction companies of all sizes.
We also serve individuals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations with bookkeeping, tax preparation, mobile notary and loan signing services, and financial advisory. Based in Phoenix, serving clients locally and nationwide.
Meet the Team
Our team is built around construction. Both of our accountants have spent their careers inside the construction industry, not looking at it from the outside. They understand how contractors think, how projects flow, and what it takes to keep financials clean on jobs that are moving fast and changing constantly.
