Basic Package ($250 to $400/mo) for small organizations with straightforward books. Includes monthly or quarterly bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and basic financial reporting. Standard Package ($500 to $800/mo) for organizations with grant funding, multiple revenue streams, and reporting requirements. Includes everything in Basic, plus grant budget tracking, compliance reporting, and board-ready financial summaries. Full Service Package ($1,000+/mo) for organizations that need fractional CFO-level support. Includes everything in Standard, plus fund accounting, cash flow management, audit preparation, financial policy development, and strategic financial guidance for leadership and board. 990 and 990-EZ Preparation available as a standalone engagement ($500 to $1,500 depending on complexity) or bundled into your monthly package. We also provide chart of accounts setup for fund accounting, treasurer support, and document notarization for board resolutions and contracts. Your initial appointment is a consultation to review your organization's financials and recommend the right level of support.
